The non editable 'Used' columns are the associated number of permitted allocation used.
** In the case of both Autoglass and MekElek, Allocations are only used / consumed via Book It the QnB Tool if logged in to QnB as a Call Centre Operator.
Call Centre Operators are established in Head Office at: Documents > Autoglass > Call Centre Operators.
When logged into the QnB Tool as a regular LILAC User, Allocations are not used / consumed via Book It the QnB Tool. This would typically / in some cases be the scenario for a Branch Manager (ie a Manager may not be a Call Centre Operator).
Use the PM check box to display and populate available fields in the afternoon and evening.
